Alumni athletes - where are they now?

Michael Reeve graduated from Lopez Island High School in attended Harvey Mudd College in Claremont, California, and received a general engineering degree with a focus on electronics in 2017. He moved to Colorado to work as the avionics engineer at Ursa Major Technologies, a start-up aerospace technology firm that develops rocket engines. He now manages the Avionics group and the company has grown to over 70 employees.

Reeve takes advantage of the nearby outdoor opportunities such as trail running (including ultramarathons), climbing, backpacking, and skiing. He has summited roughly half of the 14,000-foot peaks in Colorado. More relaxing, he plays an occasional round of golf, honing the skills he acquired on the Lopez Island golf course.
