The Professional Photographers of Washington announced the winner of the Student Photographer of the Year Scholarship. The $2000 scholarship was awarded to Will Fisher of Spring Street International School in Friday Harbor. Fisher is a senior, graduating in 2011 and was selected from applications submitted by student photographers representing schools throughout Washington State.
