The By-Product Synergy Northwest community networking event will take place on Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2009, 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., in the Bertha Landes Room at Seattle City Hall.

Since March 2008, By-Product Synergy Northwest member companies and participating city and county representatives have pursued synergies to increase recycling and material re-use opportunities that have resulted in significantly diverting waste from landfills.

At this event, participating companies will be able to discuss materials exchange opportunities. The following companies will present case studies: Leader International – Rick Flaherty; Canyon Creek Cabinets – John Earl; Grays Harbor Paper -David Quigg; Genie Industries – Jim Hanley.
