The former “Written Word” booth at the San Juan County Fair has a new name: “Island Writers.”

“Island Writers” invites the community to submit. Dust off the keyboard, tone up the fingers, ignite your imagination and start tapping those keys.

All genres are encourged, from fiction to poetry to non-fiction. “Island Writers” invites you to submit new, previously unpublished works for 2010.
