Mollie Kohring will be inducted into the Alpha Xi Nu Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa at Whatcom Community College on March 8.

Kohring, from Lopez Island, majoring in Liberal Arts/General Studies, is the daughter of Charles and Paula Kohring.

Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society is the largest honor society in American higher education with 1,280 chapters on college campuses in the U.S., Canada, Germany, the Republic of Palau, the Republic of the Marshall Islands and other campuses across the globe.
