Wenatchee Youth Circus: The acclaimed Wenatchee Youth Circus is coming to Lopez and will be doing six performances at Lopez Center for Community and the Arts. The circus, in its 57th year, is considered to be one of the four top non-professional troupes in the nation, and includes all regular circus acts with the exception of live animals. It is comprised entirely of children ages 3 to 18. Performance times 1 and 6 p.m. on August 1 and 2, 1 p.m. on August 3. Pearl Django Hot Swing Jazz Concert: Entering their fifteenth year of performing Pearl Django continues to be one of America’s most respected and busiest Hot Club style groups. Pearl Django packs in enthusiastic audiences at dancehalls and nightclubs, at folk music festivals and jazz festivals alike. Tickets $15, are available at Islehaven, Blossom, Paper Scissors and Islandale, or at the event. Boulder Acoustic Society: Old school but never old, Boulder Acoustic Society is the new wave of American roots music. It’s what happens when four songwriters get together to mash up blues, folk, gospel, indie and world music to soothe their musical curiosity. 7:30 p.m. Woodmen Hall.

Caregiver Renewal Day: A day of self-care and healthful reflection for family caregivers of persons with life-challenging illness or disability, facilitated by Doris Brevoort, MEd, LMP, and Allan Tamm.
