The Economic Development Council of San Juan County invites business owners and entrepreneurs to an informative workshop on IT Basics for Business.
Course instructor Monica Johns is a serial entrepreneur, a program management leader, a Wharton MBA, and a Certified Scrum Master/Product Owner. Monica’s passion is empowering project teams and ensuring customer satisfaction. Her corporate expertise includes positions in telecommunications, military electronics, automotive and rail. She is also sought after as a leader in managing global product development teams and market expansion.
The course covers tools for entrepreneurs and how they integrate, options for enhanced file sharing, key considerations in choosing hardware, sources of information and the benefits of having an IT support provider.
