Library levy lid lift approved by wide margin | Where possibilities thrive, now and into the future

Lopez, you did it! You passed the levy.

For generations, Lopezians have built and sustained a library that reflects shared values: resourceful, welcoming, and deeply rooted in community. Your vote continues that tradition.

Now we can focus on doing what makes the Lopez Library so special: inspiring young readers, sparking creativity, fostering connection, and providing the resources and programs the community depends on. It also means we can care for the historic building and begin addressing critical repairs, from the roof overhead to the windows that welcome in the light.

From all of us at the library (staff, board and volunteers), thank you for believing in this library and entrusting us to care for it. We are committed to being thoughtful stewards of the community’s resources, nurturing this place so it can continue to inspire, connect and serve for generations to come.
