I want to sincerely thank you for publishing the article about Jesus Coro on the front page of the Weekly and making it even more prominent by outlining it. I feel grateful to be a part of a small world here in the islands that is willing to go to such an extent to protect a vital member of our community who, unfortunately, happens to be a victim of our broken immigration system. Your article was informative and helpful for those of us who want to enable Jesus and many who walk in his shoes, stay in our islands and continue to enrich our lives by their presence.

May we all learn as much as we can about how it might feel to be so vulnerable and do what we can to add strength to the threads of a safety net. I, for one, will be making a donation to LIFT today!
