After steady growth in the number of entries received, the San Juan County Parks & Fair Department continues its commitment to offering online preregistration and off-island pickup and drop-off of non-perishable entries. Online registration opens Saturday, June 1, and staff members will be visiting Orcas, Lopez and Shaw on Aug. 9 to pick up entries destined for the Fair!

“The San Juan County Fair is a county-wide event, and we are committed to removing the barriers of entry for everyone to exhibit their homegrown talents and skills,” said Parks & Fair Director Brandon Andrews. “We’re excited to come to you to pick up your entries and return them back to your ferry-served island!”

Off-island pickup and drop-off details

Pickup: Saturday, Aug. 9, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Lopez Island Grange (452 Richardson Road)

Orcas Island Grange (3252 Orcas Road)

Shaw County Park Office (218 Shaw Park Road)

Drop-off: Saturday, Aug. 23, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
