Marge and Rick McCoy who own and operate Lopez Island Pharmacy have been nominated for and awarded the Innovative Pharmacy Practice Award.

Each year, the Washington State Pharmacy Association awards deserving individuals to recognize their consistent and high-level of performance in the pharmacy community. The McCoy’s award recognizes a practicing pharmacist(s) or pharmacy technician using innovative pharmacy practice to improve patient care and outcomes.

The WSPA Annual Meeting’s awards ceremony is Saturday, Nov. 21 at the Suquamish Clearwater Resort.
