It’s time for San Juan islanders to mark their calendars for the 2009 Children’s Festival: UNDER THE SEA.The event is slated for May 2, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the fair grounds.

This year’s committee is underway with preparations for the 19th annual celebration. Please, mark your calendars.

At this time we would like area activity providers to think aquatically and begin to plan for this year’s theme, UNDER THE SEA. It is an opportunity for established businesses to embrace our island locale and see what’s below the surface when it comes to celebrating children.
