The LJ Index is a measurement tool that compares U.S. public libraries with their spending peers based on four types of output measures of their per capita use. Due to our usage per capita of our collection, programs, and computers Lopez is one of four libraries to receive this honor in Washington State this year (Seattle Public, Sno-Isle and King County are the others). This is the library’s fifth year in a row to receive this accolade.
