Family art days at Westcott Institute

Every Saturday through Labor Day, the Westcott Bay Institute presents Family Art Days at the Westcott Bay Sculpture Park. Drop in any Saturday between 11 am and 4 pm for a free, family-oriented art activity led by a local artist. Materials are provided, unless otherwise specified. The Sculpture Park is located at the entrance to Roche Harbor Resort and is open from dawn to dusk, 365 days a year. Paint, print, bubble, build, bead - and much, much more!

Ssturday, May 31, make recycled bottle creatures with Wynn Barnard. These bottles would have ended up in a landfill, but instead we’ll turn them into monsters, space ships, people, or any number of other creations.

June 7 is “Anyone Can Cartoon” with Paul Chadwick

The mission of Westcott Bay Institute is to protect and preserve the natural environment of the San Juan Islands for the benefit of the public through education about local and regional arts, culture and the environment.
