Energy Assistance Program: The Lopez Island Family Resource Center will begin taking names for the Low Income Energy Assistance Program. If you are in need of heating assistance and your income is between 0-125 percent of the Federal Poverty level, you may qualify for financial assistance which can be used towards heating your home. Slots also available for help weatherizing your home. Spaces for both programs are limited, call the Resource Center at 468-4117.
