The total number of voters was 4,764 out of 12,177, or 39 percent of voters.

Stephen K. Adams will again be Port of Lopez Port Commissioner 2. He received 74.23 percent of the vote with 484 out of 652 ballots tabulated. Edward Kilduff received 168 votes.

Carol Steckler will be the Lopez Island School District #144 School Board Director 5. She won with a 62.23 percent lead, meaning 374 out of 601 votes. Georgeana Cook received 37.77 percent of the vote with 227 out of 601 votes.

The Lopez Solid Waste Disposal District Proposition No. 1 LSWDD Operations and Capital Property Tax,

concerning an excess levy for the District, passed with 79.19 percent of the vote with 525 out of 663 votes.
