Win a beautiful BoHo quilt at the County Fair

Submitted by the Rainshadow Quilting Arts Guild.

Handmade quilts on display in the Fiber and Textile Arts Building will captivate visitors at the upcoming San Juan County Fair. Joining the stunning works is a not-to-be-missed BoHo raffle quilt.

A Bo-Ho quilt, short for Bohemian, is designed with many fabric combinations and reflects an eclectic look- the opposite of minimal, modern, and sleek decor.

This exceptional quilt was made by Ingrid Little and generously donated to support the Rainshadow Quilting Arts Guilds (RQAG) community projects.

Last year alone, the Guild gave away over 75 healing and comfort quilts to those suffering illnesses or loss, to honor veterans and pre-school children.

RQAG is a 501(c)3 nonprofit and uses the raffle winnings to purchase quilting supplies-fabric, backing, and batting to make these quilts.

The raffle for this colorful and joyful quilt will be held at the San Juan County Fair in Friday Harbor, August 16-19.

The raffle tickets cost $5 apiece and can be purchased in the Wool Shed during Fair hours of 10 am -8 pm. The number of tickets to be sold will be limited to 400, increasing the odds of success for one lucky person. The winning ticket will be drawn on Saturday at 6 pm. The winner need not be present.

The raffle quilt is joyful, charming, and free-spirited. It will be a showpiece in any home, a perfect gift for yourself or your special person, and cherished for years to come. See you at the Fair.
