Lopez resident Sylvia Chesley Smith is offering Life Coach services for anyone in San Juan County.

After 20 years of being a local counselor, therapist and educator Smith said she was ready for a change and wanted to “work in a new way.”

“A life coach is an objective person hired to empower you to identify your goals and make the changes necessary to create the life you want… First, the coach and the client develop a working relationship designed to create and develop the client’s personal goals. Once there is a plan, the job of the coach is to help the client to follow through and achieve those goals by asking questions and encouraging the client to stay focused and accountable,” Smith said.
