Hailey Riddell was chosen to participate in a program called One in a Million, which highlights children around the world. Riddell was chosen to be the Washington State Representive as a member of the primary program for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day saints.

The membership of “primary” children has reached one million throughout the world and it highlights how each child is different.
