Lopez Islander Hailey King, 12, raked in the prizes in the dog, photography and equestrian categories at the San Juan County Fair.

Hailey won reserve grand champ intermediate showmanship with her dog Pixie, qualifying the duo for the state fair.

In photography, Hailey won an intermediate high point.

With her horse Lena, Hailey took home the grand championship in horse judging intermediate, open highpoint in English riding, 4H high point in western and 4H high point western gaming intermediate, which also qualified her for the state fair. She will be participating in that in September, according to her mother Chela King.
