The 2020 Home Tour will feature videos of six Lopez homes, the Lopez Center and Fertile Ground Garden.

“When it became clear that we wouldn’t be able to have a physical tour this year, we knew that we were going to need to get creative” Lopez Center Assistant Director Robert Harrison said. “We spoke with Karlena Pickering, who volunteered to create the virtual tour. She has gone above and beyond creating the tour!”

Each video will feature a home and interview with the owners, who share stories about their properties and a favorite memory from the Community Center.

Povl Lasbo also stepped up creating a custom layout for the tour on Lopez center’s website and Bill Johnson created the soundtrack.

“Because the tour is virtual this year many more people can be a part of it, which is a wonderful thing,” Lopez Center Director Janet Baltzer said. “Thanks to the support of our Home Tour Sponsors, the tour is free!”

The Home Tour will be online for just four days, Sept. 17-20, at www.lopezcenter.org.
