The Lopez Community Center is proud to announce the showing of a winter movie series for the Lopez Community. Starting on December 13, at our Winter Fest 2009 event, will be the movie “Prancer” at 2 p.m. After the movie holiday crafts will be available for children and adults. Admission for this event will be by donation. The next movies include:

Star Trek, Jan. 17, 4 p.m.

Harry Potter & the Half Blood Prince, Jan. 24, 4 p.m.

G-Force, Jan. 31, 4 p.m.

Happy Feet, Feb. 7, 4 p.m.

Wizard of Oz, Feb. 14, 4 p.m.

The admission for these movies will be $2.00 in order to pay for the movie rights for these shows.

The Lopez Community Center has a new “theater” quality projector which combined with our large movie screen and quality sound system creates the feel of a real movie theater. Concessions will include popcorn, pizza, hotdogs, pop & candy. Bring your family and friends to the show for something to do during our dark and cold winter. See you at the movies.
