Hospice of the Northwest is hosting a presentation on Aging in Place at the Lopez Island Senior Center. Participants will learn strategies for living independently at home for as long as possible. The course will include tips for healthy aging, falls prevention, and modifying your home for accessibility, safety, and comfort.

According to AARP, 77% of adults age 50+ want to remain in their homes long term. Proper planning increases the likelihood a person will have the lifestyle, quality of life, and care they want as they age.

The class is free and open to the public. If you have questions, please contact Hospice of the Northwest at 360-814-5550.
