Lopezian Josh Kramer, 15, celebrated his fourth year in 4H this fair, participating in gaming events with his horse Heeza Cowboy.

Josh won the Lopez Horse Shining Star award and Most Promising Show Career. The latter is selected by the judge from all of the riders.
