Shake off the winter doldrums by contra and square dancing to live music! A first Saturday contra and square dance series will be held at your Community Center for the first 4 months of 2010. All dances will be taught and called. Refreshments will be offered by LCCA, who is sponsoring the series. No partner is needed and all ages are welcome. Don’t dance? Then just come and enjoy the music! Check the bulletin boards for a schedule of the upcoming dances, bands and callers.

The first dance of the series will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2010 at 7 p.m. at the Center. The dances will be taught and called by Tony Mates and old time Appalachian music by Carol Noyes, Eric Hall and Matt Hummel. Join your friends and neighbors in dancing in the New Year!
