Join the Lopez Bookshop for an evening of memoir and anecdote with local authors Bill Blair and Dale Davidson at 7 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 11.

Blair will read from his memoir, “Baseballs & Snowballs.” His children and grandchildren inspired him to write about his childhood experiences and the history of his parents and grandparents. Davidson’s grandchildren also inspired him to write stories about growing up in the Snoqualmie Valley. “Breakfast at the Brown Bag” tells humorous tales while “Dead Man’s Clothes” blends anecdote and cartoon illustration. Their books will be available for purchase and signing.
