Booth applications for the 2017 San Juan County Fair are being accepted. The fair dates are Wednesday through Saturday, Aug. 16-19. The fair board and staff are hard at work planning an exciting fair that is sure to draw locals and tourists alike.

You can find the 2017 application in PDF form on the fair ground’s website. Again, there is an online map on the Fair website to request a booth. Booth spaces are held with a paid deposit of 50 percent. Note the booth space number you are requesting on your application. View the map here: https://goo.gl/6BBTHu. Complete and return via email scan, fax, or by mail. As a small event that works with only so many vendors, the fair cannot guarantee same placement year to year and appreciate your flexibility. The quicker it gets information from you, the better for planning and layout and making spaces guaranteed for the current year.

The 2017 fair theme is “San Juan County Fair … it’s all the buzz!” with everything bee related. If you know of anyone in San Juan County (or beyond) that might be interested in doing any bee-related programming at the fair (demonstrations, interactive workshops, or seminars) let the fair board know. As a vendor, you are not required to follow the fair theme, but if you feel so inclined, why not bee a part of the fun.
