Northwest Puppet Center’s Lopez Puppet Season continues with Cinderella by Carter Family Marionettes on Sunday, Sept. 2 at 2 p.m. at the Lopez Center for Community and the Arts.

Here’s the story:

Poor Cinderella is left  at home while her stepmother and sisters go to the prince’s ball.  With the help of a magic dove, her friend mouse  and a zucchini she learns that nothing is impossible. Pulcinella, the favorite clown of the Carter Family and Lopez kids, plays a surprising role in the puppet play with his hijinks. The Itallian Cinderella also includes the excitement of pirates and palace intrigue.

This show is fun for all ages.  Performance outdoors, weather permitting.  Tickets available at the door.
