The League of Women Voters of the San Juans invites the public to candidate/position election forums:

The forum on Lopez Island will be Thursday, Oct. 10 at Grace Episcopal Church from 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Contested positions or seats

  • Proposition 1- Charter Amendment

  • Solid Waste 1 year tax levy

  • Lopez Island School District #144 – School Board Directors #1, #2, #3, #4

  • San Juan County Fire Protection District #4 – Fire commissioner #1

  • Port of Lopez – Port commissioner #3
