Join Dr. Dorothy Cordova, founder of the Filipino American National Heritage Society, and Maria Batayola for a conversation about the pop-up exhibit “Filipinos and Washington’s Waterfront” on Aug. 6, 6:30 p.m. at the Port Stanley Schoolhouse, 2790 Port Stanley Road. Entry is by donation.
Cordova and Batayola will add cultural and historical context to the pop-up exhibit, “Filipinos and Washington’s Waterfront,” on view Wednesdays and Saturdays, noon to 4 p.m., through Aug. 30 at the Port Stanley Schoolhouse.
