Elizabeth Krantz, Jaden Krantz, Emma Patrick, Valentina Rendon, Maria Velazquez Grace Zoerb and Maddie Zoreb have recently formed the Lopez Island Youth Council. The council is open to all youth, ages 16 to 25, who are interested in the dialogue and work around international issues. They are inviting all members of the community to meet and discuss plans for their Lopez Island Youth Center Monday, July 22, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Lopez Island Youth Center is located at Weeks Point Way, behind Holly B’s and next to the Barbershop. They are excited to share their vision for youth leadership on Lopez.
