Girl Scouts of Western Washington will be hosting an “Adventures in Slime” workshop for Lopez Island girls on Thursday, May 2, from 3:30-5 p.m. at the Lopez Island Library. Girls will experiment with the science of slime while making various slime recipes. Membership with Girl Scouts is not required and adults do need to be present. This is a no-cost workshop open to all girls from Pre-K to high school. Information on opportunities available with Girl Scouts will be available. RSVP’s are not necessary, but appreciated, to ensure that adequate supplies are available.
