On Saturday, Sept. 20, the Final Lopez Library Summer of Science event is “Batty Lopez” with Russel Barsh, who presents an evening devoted to our most diverse and abundant mammal from  6 – 7 p.m. in the community room. An optional Hummel Lake field trip follows to watch and listen to bats.  Bring camp chair for comfort.
