I want to thank Lisa Byers for running for county council. Having served with her on the Eastsound Planning Review Committee for a number of years, I know first hand how she can be a thoughtful and diligent leader. Lisa is dedicated to the truly helpful things that are needed on Orcas and in the county. She is a remarkable manager, and her work with OPAL for almost two decades shows her ability to work through complex financial and regulatory matters.
